How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within two days, and then take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep

Do you ship internationally?

We offer worldwide shipping.

What is your return policy?

We offer any-reason for 28 days from purchase. Terms and conditions apply

Can I cancel the order?

You CAN cancel your order if you do so BEFORE  it has been collected by the shipping carrier. We do try and get our orders out quickly, so we ask you to let us know straight away.

Unfortunately, once orders have been shipped they can't be canceled. We do offer free returns however, so get in touch with one of our customer support staff and we can arrange a refund.

Do you do back orders?

No. We do not do back orders. If an item is out of stock, our Customer Loyalty Team will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be canceled unless a replacement item is requested.

The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?
